PENGARUH SIKAP GURU TERHADAP KOMPETENSI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR BUDI MURNI 2 MEDAN TAHUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap guru terhadap kompetensi guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah sd budi murni 2 medan. Sampel dalam penelitian sejumlah 35 orang guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Alat pengukuran data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sikap guru dan kompetensi guru adalah angket yang telah diuji validasi dan realibilitasnya. Kedua berdistribusi normal karena 0,200 ≥ 0,05. Dari uji linearitas diketahui nilai signifikan deviation from lineariti sebesar 0,467 ≥ 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear antara sikap guru dengan kompetensi guru. Dilakuakan uji t pada taraf nyata ( ∝ = 0,05) bahwa thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 5,073 dengan ini membuktikan bahwa Ha diterima sehingga penulis menyimpulkan bahwa ada yang signifikan dari sikap guru terhadap kompetensi guru sekolah dasar budi murni 2 medan.
