PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN MEDAN KOTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar kecamatan medan kota. Sampel dalam penelitian yang terdiri dari 7 sekolah yang berjumlah 65 orang guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional dan kinerja guru adalah angket yang telah di uji validasi dan realibilitasnya. Kedua berdistribusi normal kerena 0,200 ≥ 0,05. Dari uji linearitas diketahui nilai signifikan deviation from lineariti sebesar 0, 455 ≥ 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear antara kompetensi profesional guru dengan kinerja guru. Dilakukan uji t pada taraf nyata (∝ =0,05) bahwa ≥ yaitu 7,166 ≥ 1,998 dengan ini membuktikan bahwa diterima, sehingga penulis menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan medan kota.
