PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI KELAS IV SD TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2020/2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, dengan variabel kepemimpinan guru (variabel bebas) dan hasil belajar (variabel terikat). Penentuan jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Sugiyono dan diperoleh 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas denga Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji Normalitas dengan metode Kolmogorov-Smirnov test dan uji linieritas. Pada uji analisis data menggunakan Regresi Sederhana.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji parsial (uji t) diperoleh thitung = 5,433<ttabel 2,048 dengan signifikan 0,000<0,05 berarti tolak Ho dan terima H1. Berdasarkan data tersebut, berarti variabel kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel hasil belajar. Berdasarkan data tersebut berarti variabel kepemimpinan guru dan hasil belajar siswa perpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
