Hubungan Pola Asuh Dengan Kecerdasan Emosional Anak Pada Usia 11-12 Tahun

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak usia 11-12 tahun rt 02/ rw 06 di Desa Pecangaan Kecamatan Pecangaan Kabupaten Jepara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain korelasional dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji korelasi product moment variabel pola asuh dengan variabel kecerdasan emosional mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,963. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan angka positif, nilai koefisien korelasi (r) termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat berdasarkan pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak.
