Toleransi dalam Perbedaan Pendapat melalui Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Berbasis Nilai

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kurangnya sikap toleransi di kelas IVB SDN Tonjong I Majalengka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan sikap toleransi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas Kemmis & Taggart. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi penilaian LKPD, penilaian kegiatan presentasi dan observasi, serta penilaian penanda pencapaian peningkatan sikap toleransi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, telah terjadi peningkatan sikap toleransi siswa yang terlihat dengan tumbuhnya kemampuan explainable, interpretable, mampu memberikan contoh (examples), mampu mengklasifikasikan, mampu membandingkan, dan mampu berempati. Dari siklus I yang memperoleh predikat “memadai”, siklus II memperoleh predikat “baik”, dan siklus III yang memperoleh predikat “baik”. Tantangan terbesar dalam penelitian ini adalah mengatur alokasi waktu dengan berbagai langkah pembelajaran dan mengatur perilaku siswa selama kegiatan observasi lapangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan paradigma pembelajaran inkuiri nilai dapat memberikan peningkatan kapasitas sikap toleransi mereka.
