Profil Kebugaran Jasmani Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Majalengka selain melaksanakan tuganya dalam penanggulangan bencana alam juga melaksanakan penanganan pada bencana non alam salah satunya adalah pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kebugaran jasmani pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kaupaten Majalengka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan objek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes pengukuran komponen kebugaran jasmani (kekuatan, kecepatan, kelincahan, daya tahan). Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menghitung persentase dari masing-masing item tes. Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka berkategori sedang dengan rata-rata 349,57. Agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menambah sampel dan variable penelitian yang lebih banyak. Sehingga hasil penelitian dapat lebih bermanfaat bagi perkembangan kebugaran jasmani pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka.
