Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Guru

Suatu organisasi tentunya memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, dan tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia yang ada. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset organisasi yang paling berharga karena tanpanya organisasi tidak dapat berkembang, akibatnya organisasi hanya dipersepsikan sebagai institusi atau lembaga yang tidak memiliki proses internal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Masjid Al-Ikhlas. Adapun jenis penelitiannya menggunakan studi lapangan (field research), dengan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kepustakaan, kuisioner dan wawancara, dengan subjek penelitiannya tenaga pendidik program KB/TK, SD, dan SMP Yayasan Masjid Al-Ikhlas. Hasil penelitiannya menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 37,6%. Selanjutnya kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Hasil perhitungan regresi sederhana kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru diketahui besarannya adalah 39,5%. Dan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah 54,4% dan sisanya sebesar 45,6%. Namun sisa dari pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh variabel dan faktor lainya. Oleh karenanya, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap sebuah pekerjaan yang dilakukan tenaga pendidik di yayasan masjid Al-Ikhlas dengan ditandai meningkatknya motivasi kerja.
