Abstract

Organisasi perlu mengakselerasi penggunaan teknologi digital yang berdampak pada perubahan proses bisnis. Industri jasa keuangan, khususnya sektor perbankan, merupakan salah satu sektor yang mendukung pembangunan ekonomi. Peran regulator sangat mendukung perkembangan dan perkembangan industri jasa keuangan, khususnya dalam pembentukan peraturan dan pengawasan. Dengan semakin banyaknya regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh regulator, perbankan perlu didukung dengan inovasi regulatory technology (RegTech) dalam mengelola regulasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pengembangan RegTech, fitur-fitur RegTech, implementasi RegTech, dan berbagai manfaat penggunaan RegTech untuk pengelolaan regulasi di perbankan guna mencapai tujuan otomatisasi kepatuhan regulasi organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari data primer yang diperoleh karyawan perusahaan yang telah menggunakan RegTech. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan RegTech di perusahaan telah melakukan otomasi pengelolaan regulasi sebanyak 86 regulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi RegTech dapat mendukung manajemen kepatuhan, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses kepatuhan di perusahaan.
