Abstrak

Corporate entrepreneurship merupakan kegiatan entrepreneur yang dilakukan oleh firma yang sudah cukup lama berdiri dan stabil yang memungkinkan mereka untuk mengikuti dinamika pasar dengan mendorong kemampuan inovasi dan menciptakan bisnis baru dalam perusahaan. Meskipun menarik dan penting, tidak banyak perusahaan yang menyadari pentingnya memiliki pola pikir entrepreneurial pada perusahaan yang mampu membantu bisnis terus berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membuktikan bagaimana Corporate entrepreneurship dan dimensinya mampu membentuk reputasi perusahaan dan membuatnya tumbuh untuk jangka Panjang. Penelitian menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) dari artikel jurnal bereputasi pada basis data SCOPUS untuk membuktikan keefektifan dari dimensi Corporate entrepreneurship terhadap performa firma. Dari penelitian ini, kami menemukan bahwa Corporate entrepreneurship mampu mempengaruhi firma perusahaan terutama performa keuangan. Dimensi yang ada akan menciptakan pola pikir proaktif yang juga diharapkan akan menjadi pemantik untuk penelitian yang akan dating dan berfokus pada dimensi Corporate entrepreneurship dengan sektor yang lebih beragam dan cakupan negara yang lebih luas.
