Pengaruh Financial Performance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Industri Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Financial Performance (Current Ratio, Leverage, Working Capital Turnover, dan Return On Assets) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book value). Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016-2020. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 23 perusahaan yang mana pengumpulan sampel perusahaan dengan kriteria memiliki laporan keuangan secara berturut-turut selama periode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR, WCT dan ROA  memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan variabel LEV memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,
