Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan BUMDes Desa Heubeulisuk adalah kerajinan kayu berupa jam dinding dan semacamnya. Pembuatan kerajinan kayu ini masih dibuat dengan cara konvensional dengan bantuan gergaji ukir dan bor berukuran kecil. Akan tetapi, dengan peralatan yang sederhana BUMDes tersebut menerima banyak pesanan dari berbagai instansi hingga kalangan masyarakat.

BUMDes Desa Heubeulisuk telah mengenal CNC router dengan program yang digunakan GCam Software dan kontroler menggunakan GRBL. Dengan software tersebut CNC router telah dapat digunakan dengan baik, akan tetapi karena softwarenya lebih sederhana maka produk yang dibuat terbatas.

Untuk selanjutnya, pengenalan Software Vectric Aspire akan diberikan kepada BUMDes Desa Heubeulisuk. Dengan software Vectric Aspire, produk yang dihasilkan dapat lebih beragam hingga bentuk ukiran sketsa. Harapan dengan dikenalkannya software tersebut, pekerjaan BUMDes untuk pembuatan jam dinding kayu hingga ukiran sketsa dapat lebih terbantu.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu proses pembuatan kerajinan kayu berupa jam dinding dan lain sebagainya hingga ukiran dalam material akrilik. Dengan software Vectric Aspire, produk gambar lebih komplek akan tetapi proses pembuatan model cukup mudah dilakukan
