PEMBERDAYAAN IKATAN GURU RAUDHATUL ATHFAL (IGRA) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI KEPALA RA DI KABUPATEN MAJALENGKA

Abstrak

Raudhatul Athfal (RA) education is a basic education that is considered potential in shaping the children's character and basic personality to be better and obedient to religion, homeland and the nation and have skills in religious knowledge and knowledge. However, in reality many problems in the RA education system, especially crucial, are those of teacher quality and the leadership competency of principals. Highlighting the leadership aspect, in this case is the role of the leadership strategy with the quality of education. In every organization, the role of leadership is very central and becomes the key to success in realizing the organization's vision and mission. This consideration is of interest to the team to provide guidance in order to improve the competency of school principals to realize and improve the image of RA education better and be able to compete with other similar public education.
