PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS PKBM CIPTASARI KENCANA MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN LITERASI BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstrak

The low capacity of PKBM managers is the reason for community service activities aimed at increasing the capacity of Ciptasari Kencana PKBM managers and learners through the development of local wisdom-based literacy. The method used was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS), held for one month with four meetings. As a result of this community service, PKBM management and students have additional knowledge and insight about culture in the form of ideas, activities, and artifacts to be used as a reference for exploring cultural values in the development of literacy based on local wisdom.
