PENDAMPINGAN PENGURUS REMAJA MASJID DALAM PENGELOLAAN ADMINISTRASI

Abstract

Community service aims to improve the competence of Nurul Hidayah Mosque Youth Administrators Sukaraos Block Sukamukti Village Cikijing District, Majalengka Regency in administrative management through mentoring. This dedication activity was motivated by the lack of ability of the Mosque Youth administrators in managing the administration due to the lack of experience and guidance from related parties. The problem faced by the Sukaraos Block Youth Administrators is the low ability to manage administration systematically and the limited insight into administrative science, especially regarding administrative administration, so that it requires increased knowledge and skills through mentoring. The method used is to provide knowledge and skills in managing organizational administration through mentoring. The results of the activities showed an increase in knowledge and skills, evidenced by the more complete organization of the organization, including a brief history of the founding of the organization, a list of members, the composition of the board, AD-ART, Strategic Plan, and schedule of activities / work programs
