Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan oleh perorangan atau badan usaha milik perorangan. Pemanfaatan bunga telang dalam bidang pangan belum banyak dilakukan karena anyak yang belum mengetahui manfaat dari bunga telang. Hasil penjualan produk yang dilakukan oleh tim mengalami peningkatan setiap bulannya, dan dapat dilihat pada grafik berikut bahwa hasil penjualan tim sangat membantu dalam scale up penjualan mitra. Diversifikasi produk berbahan dasar dari bunga telang meningkatkan angka penjualan mitra. Berhubungan dengan meningkatnya perekonomian mitra dari hasil penjualan produk diversifikasi.
