Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi produk olahan ikan lele dalam bentuk “nugelis” (nuget lele praktis). Manfaat kegiatan yaitu untuk mendapatkan keterampilan pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar ikan lele, menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta turut mensukseskan program nasional yaitu GemarIkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui teknik demonstrasi dan paktek secara langsung. Sasaran dari kegiatan pelatihan adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Praktek pembuatan nugelis terlaksana dengan baik dan menghasilkan respon yang sangat positif dari mitra. Mitra termotivasi untuk mempraktekkan secara mandiri pembuatan nuget ikan lele.
