Abstract

Startup merujuk kepada perusahaan yang inovatif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi di era digital dan model bisnis yang baru. Setelah melalui fase startup, perusahaan akan masuk ke fase scale-up, dimana perusahaan akan mematangkan model bisnis dan mengembangkan organisasi dengan cepat. Dibutuhkan peluang, pengetahuan, jejaring, dan pola pikir yang berbeda antara kedua fase ini. Webinar ini akan mengupas tuntas tentang peluang, tips, dan trik untuk mengembangkan bisnis di era digital. Hadir sebagai pembicara adalah Natali Ardianto, mantan CTO Tiket.com yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Co-founder & CEO Lifepack.id. Dengan pengalaman dan wawasan yang dimilikinya, Natali akan membagikan strategi-strategi penting dalam mengatasi tantangan di fase scale-up.
