Abstract

Masalah terkiat rendahnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi dalam manajemen keuangan usaha, merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada usaha anyaman daun pandan di Desa Mbatakapidu, Kecamatan Kota Waingapu, Kabupaten Sumba Timur di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Oleh karena itu, dengan kegiatan pendampingan UMKM dalam menyusun dan membuat harga pokok produksi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu: pertama, persiapan dan perencanaan. Kedua, pelaksanaan, dan ketiga, evaluasi program pengadian kepada masyarakat (PKM), maka didapatkan hasil PKM yaitu pemilik usaha semakin sadar terhadap pentingnya menghitung maupun menentukan harga pokok produksi usahanya. Kegiatan ini juga berlangsung dengan Kerjasama antara dosen, mahasiswa, pihak pemerintah Desa Mbatakapidu dan pemilik usaha anyaman daun pandan.
