Abstract

Writing scientific articles and scientific publications for teachers is part of professional competence that must be continuously developed. Teacher activities in writing published articles must be teacher activities that will show performance and have an impact on credit score assessment. The phenomenon that occurs, especially for MTs teacher Siti Khadijah Majalengka, most of the teachers have not been able to fulfill this matter so it has an impact on the stagnation of the promotion process. Community service activities were carried out to overcome this problem, by empowering MTs teacher Siti Khadijah through mentoring to write scientific articles and the process of donation. The method used is lecture, workshop, comprehensive, and learning by doing output based. Through the four stages of the method the mentor participants gained increased knowledge, understanding, and skills in writing scientific articles to the stage of submitting through OJS
