The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with Stata 16.0. The data used is secondary data from the website PT. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 during 2016-2020 period. Based on the research results, it is known that CAR, NPL, and LDR as independent variables have a significant effect on ROA as the dependent variable with a significance value of 0.0447. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, found that the CAR and LDR variables have a negative and insignificant effect on ROA. The NPL variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Basically, the decision to choose a university is always related to the marketing<br />process by the party offering the service. This is in line with the opinion of Mulyawan and<br />Sidharta (2013) in Shaleh et al., (2018) which states that service marketing plays an<br />important role in meeting consumer needs, including the need for input in choosing<br />universities. The purpose of the study was to determine the contribution of motivation,<br />attitudes, personality (internal factors), reference groups, family, college image, and<br />promotion via social media (external factors) to the decision to study in private universities.<br />The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS<br />21 software. The population in this study was Majalengka University students with a sample<br />of 198 people, and the sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling. The<br />results of the research show that partially motivation, personality, family support, college<br />image, and promotion via social media have a significant contribution to the decision to study<br />in private universities. Meanwhile attitudes and reference groups did not significantly<br />contribute to the decision to study in private universities. Gender and occupation are demographic factors that are thought to influence the purchase of green products. This study aims to examine the model that presents the influence of lifestyle, green products, and social media marketing on purchase intention in career women. The research method used is a survey. The quantitative approach is done by using a multiple regression model. Questionnaires were used to collect data on samples of consumers of green products in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta with 252 respondents, namely career women. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with questionnaires distributed online using google forms. The results of the study confirm that lifestyle, green products, and social media marketing are predictors of purchase intention on green products. The results show that social media marketing has a greater influence on purchase intention compared to a healthy lifestyle and the power of green products themselves. This can be considered as word of mouth (WOM)<br />communication. However, along with the internet, there has been a shift related to word<br />of mouth (WOM) to electronic word of mouth (e-WOM). e-WOM is carried out based on<br />experiences related to feelings after using a product or service. Usually consumer<br />feelings will lead to a sense of satisfaction or not after using a product or service. In<br />carrying out e-WOM activities, everyone must have different goals which are in<br />accordance with the motivation of each individual. One thing that is considered<br />important when doing e-WOM is altruism motivation.<br />This study aims to determine the effect of altruism on consumer behavior to share eWOM. This type of research is classified as associative research. The population in this<br />study are all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Majalengka University<br />who use Tokopedia e-commerce. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people who<br />were taken using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used<br />multiple linear regression analysis which first tested the research instrument and the<br />classical assumption test, then tested the hypothesis of the SPSS 21 program.<br />Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that altruism motivation has a positive and<br />significant effect on e-WOM behavior. Several new product marketing strategies, namely the S–O Strategy based on strength and opportunity considerations, consist of strategies prioritizing product quality, online marketing (online marketing), online competition, discounts, and giveaways. This study aims to determine Experiential Marketing, Brand Trust and Customer Loyalty on consumers of Wardah products in Talaga district. In addition, the purpose of this paper is to find out how much influence Experiential Marketing and Brand Trust have on Customer Loyalty.</em></p> <p><em>The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population used is consumers of wardah products in the district of talaga, while the sample used is 100 samples. This research is a qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from research informants, namely traditional stall businesses in West Halmahera Regency who have businesses close to the existence of Indomaret. The results showed that the existence of Indomaret formed perceptions for traditional stall businesses and consumers, both negative and positive perceptions. The negative perception of traditional stall business actors occurs due to the impact caused by the existence of Indomaret, namely reduced customers and decreased income. On the other hand, the presence of Indomaret has a positive impact on traditional stall businesses in making it easier for them to meet their personal needs, stock up on goods, and to improve better service. The perception of the existence of Indomaret in the minds of consumers is formed through the price strategy offered by Indomaret so that it can determine consumer decisions to shop at Indomaret. Another impact of the existence of Indomaret on traditional stalls is seen in price competition, service, customers, income, as well as product variety and quality. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study are employees of PT.&nbsp;</em><em>Berau</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Agrotech</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Cihaur</em><em>, with a total sample of 45 people. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling method. To obtain research data information, purposive sampling method is used to determine which companies can be the object of research. The selected company is a private company in Tangerang City. Interview method with the determination of informants through the snowball technique. Based on data from the Sumbawa Regency Religious Court, there are at least more than 20 cases of underage marriages that occurred within two months, namely the January-February 2022 period. Worse yet, most of them are known to be pregnant out of wedlock. The research method is a qualitative method with the aim of digging deeper into information related to early marriage in terms of social, humanities and economic aspects. This research is limited to farmer families in Sumbawa Regency, this is because the average community in Sumbawa Regency has a job as a farmer. The research location was determined by purposive sampling, namely in Labuhan Badas District with the consideration that most of the population still depend on the agricultural sector and cases of early marriage have increased. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. This study aims to examine<br />the effect of convenience and interest on the behavior of individual taxpayers on the use<br />of e-filing on individual taxpayers at KP2KP Majalengka. The research population is<br />individual taxpayers at KP2KP Majalengka who have a normal/valid NPWP.<br />Determination of the research sample by non-probability sampling that is purposive<br />sampling based on several criteria. The research sample is 100 respondents. The tests<br />include validity and reliability tests. The population of this research is 201 companies do in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 to 2020.&nbsp; The total sample of this research are 133 companies which have the requirements. The analyze data in this study using the multiple linear regression models and there are 91 companies for classic assumption test. The results of this study showed, the debt to equity ratio and return on equity have a negative effect, but not significant on the initial return. The underwriter's reputation become the concentration of investors. Using financial aspects and marketing<br />aspects, the study tries to examine the extent to which financial and marketing aspects affect the<br />performance of MSMEs. A total of 75 Batik SMEs domiciled in Pekalongan City participated in this<br />study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing.<br />The results of the study revealed that the financial aspect and the marketing aspect contributed to<br />the improvement of the performance of Batik UMKM after the Covid 19 pandemic, so that the<br />proposed hypothesis was supported. The financial aspect has a significant positive effect on the<br />performance of MSMEs, as well as the marketing aspect has a significant positive effect on the<br />performance of MSMEs.<br />Developing countries such as Indonesia see MSMEs as a way out of poverty so it is necessary to<br />create superior MSMEs so that they can compete in the global market. The method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. Third-party funds are allocated to productive assets to increase profitability. Therefore, this study examines the influences of third-party funds on profitability in rural banks in Indonesia from 2019 to 2021. In addition, another factor that can also affect profitability is interest rates. Therefore, this study also examines the role of interest rates as a moderator variable. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is employed in order to analyze the influence of third-party funds on profitability and the role of interest rates as a moderator variable.The results of the analysis show that third-party funds have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Interest rates as a moderation variable have a significant negative effect. This result shows also that interest rates have successfully moderated the relationship between third-party funds and profitability.
