JIKA merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian serta Penelitian Dosen, Mahasiswa, Praktisi, dan Ilmuwan dibidang Ilmu Komunikasi yang meliputi bidang Media, Periklanan, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Komunikasi Politik, Komunikasi Bisnis, Komunikasi Visual, Komunikasi Dakwah, Psikologi Komunikasi, Public Relation, Jurnalistik dan lain-lain. Jurnal ini juga sebagai media tukar pikiran, informasi dan hasil penelitian ilmiah antar pemerhati Komunikasi.</p> <p>JIKA (Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi Andalan) mulai terbit pada bulan Januari 2018 dan telah terregistrasi dengan nomor P-ISSN 2620-3111 dan E-ISSN 26885-3957. The research employs framing analysis methodology to understand how Detik.com frames this news. This method involves literature review and secondary data collection from articles published by Detik.com, chosen for its significant influence on shaping public opinion as a leading news portal in Indonesia. The framing analysis focuses on examining elements such as headlines, news content, quotes, and sources, as well as the background and chronology of events. The primary focus is to explore how the news about MA Decision No. 23 P/HUM/2024 is constructed through word choice, use of quotes, and emphasis on specific aspects of the case. This research also aims to identify any bias or tendencies in the reporting and assess its impact on public perception. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results showed that the communication process of deaf employees in working relationships occurs primary using non-verbal language such as hand gestures, lip movements, written media, paper and cellphones. This primary process occurs when superiors, coworkers, and deaf employees ask questions, explain instructions or information related to work. In the secondary communication process, there is a special Whatsapp chat group for deaf employees which is used as a medium of information and communication between deaf employees and superiors and coworkers. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Pojok Baca at Jakarta Kota Station conducted by PT KAI is the result of cooperation between Gramedia and Kompasiana as an effort to create a culture of reading interest and build a good relationship between the company and the community. To launch this CSR Reading Corner activity, good communication is needed to the community, therefore this study aims to find out the communication strategy of PT KAI's public relations in communicating the CSR Reading Corner programme to its users. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data validity uses triangulation techniques.
